MOD Reliability Improvement programmes are now a major part of the MOD Procurement Programme. The MOD Suppliers now have to realise improvements in their Reliability Assurance activities and are now faced with the need to develop Accelerated Test Solutions that will provide Statistically Relevant Failure Rate Predictions as opposed to paperwork Mil-Std Reliability assessments.
